Terms of Use

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Tripulse Hyperlocal ("Tripulse", "we", "us") is run by Tri-Pulse Telecom (Proprietary) Limited. It helps people find deals from businesses near them, and helps businesses reach those people. By creating an account or using Tripulse you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

  • Give us true details, and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
  • You confirm your email address or mobile number with a 6-digit code we send you.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used to cheat or harm others.

2. For customers

  • Deals are offered by the businesses themselves, not by Tripulse. The business is responsible for its offer, its prices and for honouring it.
  • We check businesses and offers before they appear, but we cannot promise every detail is right. Please confirm the deal with the business before you pay.
  • If you use WhatsApp to message a business through Tripulse, your messages are shared with that business so it can reply.

3. For businesses

  • New businesses are reviewed by us before they can publish offers. We may approve, ask for changes, or decline.
  • Offers must be honest, current and lawful. You must honour an offer for as long as it is live.
  • You may only message customers on WhatsApp if they have agreed to hear from you, and you must stop when they say STOP.
  • Plans, prices and payment terms are those shown to you when you subscribe. Payments are handled by our payment partner.

4. WhatsApp and email messages

We send account codes and service messages as needed. We only send deals and offers on WhatsApp to people who have said yes, and you can say no again at any time, by replying STOP or in your account preferences. See our Privacy Notice for how we look after your details.

5. What you must not do

  • Post false, misleading, illegal or offensive content.
  • Send spam, or contact people who have not agreed to hear from you.
  • Try to break into the system, copy other people's data, or disrupt the service.

6. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Tripulse running, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for deals or services provided by businesses, or for losses caused by things outside our control such as network or WhatsApp outages. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. When we make an important change we will tell you in the app or by email. Using Tripulse after that means you accept the new terms.

8. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Botswana. Questions? Email info@tripulsetelecom.com.
